The Site is informational in nature: it presents the restaurant, its menu, gallery and contact details, and makes it easier to request reservations. The information shown (including dishes and prices) is for reference only and may change without notice.
Reservation requests made through the Site (by WhatsApp, phone or form) are subject to availability and to confirmation by Gaucho Prime. A reservation is considered confirmed only when we expressly communicate it to you.
Prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. The menu published on the Site is for reference; the menu in effect at the restaurant prevails.
The trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, photographs, design and other contents of the Site are the property of Alianza Gaucha, S.A. de C.V. or of their respective owners, and are protected by applicable law. Their reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms, and not to carry out any action that may damage, disable or overload the Site, or infringe the rights of Gaucho Prime or of third parties.
The Site may contain links to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp, Google Maps or social networks). Gaucho Prime is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
Gaucho Prime endeavors to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, Gaucho Prime will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., waiving any other jurisdiction.
